As a Wellington family photographer, I believe family photography should be about more than getting everyone to smile for the camera. When a family invites me to photograph them, they’re not just looking for a pretty picture of their family. They’re also looking to hold and carry forward the in-between moments that make their family exactly who they are right now, in this moment.
During our time together, I’ll capture the moments you want to remember - how her tiny hand felt in yours, the gap where his two front teeth were, the wisps of baby hair, the fun and laughter of playing together and enjoying each other. And as a bonus, we get to include some of our beautiful land as the backdrop!
Family sessions are 45-60 minutes, which is plenty of time for us to get some amazing photos of your family! I have a number of awesome locations around the Wellington region so once you’ve got your session booked in, we’ll spend some time chatting to figure out the best option for you. I’m also open to any ideas you might have if there’s a location that has special significance for your family.
Once your session is booked, I’ll also send you through my detailed Information Guide which will help you prepare for your session. And of course, I’m always available to chat and help with anything you need throughout the process.

I know that family photos are an investment into preserving the history of your family and so it’s really important to me that I’m giving you the best value possible.
Family photography is an investment in preserving this season of your family — the little details, the personalities and the connection that will change so quickly.
A $150 session fee covers all of the pre-session preparation, your 45–60 minute photography session and secures your booking.
After your session, you'll choose from four collections of edited digital images and complimentary print credit, with collections starting at $590.
